Interview
3 steps interview. First, a phone call then creative task online, which lasted 60 minutes and has to be submitted within 48 hours, then two 1:1 skype interviews. Interviewers were very kind and tried to make me feel comfortable. Sometimes they were pushing me to find out if I can come out with the ideas fast, while being under pressure.

Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round

Terrible process idk why they even had me interview when nobody showed up but I guess it’s alroght if they didn’t wanna itnerview me even though we had a meeting
