Average rather for benefit outer others let me be frank - it's below average. HR was confused on steps, didn't no port what to ask, basic usual stuffs- tell me about yourself, why you want to join. Knew nothing about three role! Had 4 rounds. Then I rejected them. Interviewers were not good. They lacked experience, maturity and understanding of business. 6 yrs experience guy was sent to interview a 13 yr guy! Couple were my ex colleagues, they should have done background study and not send them-out of them one was a poor performer in my company, that was awkward to be interviewed by someone who was a proven under performer! Couple of interviewer said they like to compare price, take rides in competitors regularly. One interviewer said "Uber is a commodity" when I was talking about how to create customer experience!! About one I felt he wasnt there room, not attentive, fiddling with his phone. Overall except one person whom i knew well, rest of the interviewer were below average in experience, depth and knowledge. Any given day I would never hire them. Mind you I work in a company 10x bigger in size, revenue and product than Uber.
