I was referred by a friend and after she followed up with the recruiter, I got contacted after 2 weeks. The first interview was a Skype call with the recruiter and second a video chat with the Marketing Manager. She was in a hurry, our call was at 1.30pm and she started the interview by saying that she really needed to be done with the interview before 2pm as she had another meeting. Not very soothing for an interviewee, hum? Unfortunately, didn't go further in the process.
