I applied in-person. I interviewed at Uber in Dec 2016
Interview
This was the best interview process I've ever participated. It started with two exercises (logical and creative), followed by several interview rounds. Everyone that interviewed me was top notch, the questions and the interviews were unique, transparent and very connected to the actual work at Uber

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview process was very thorough with several phone interviews with different stakeholders, an aptitude/logic test and finally a panel interview with a case scenario. The difficulty was apparent on the process and the follow up by the recruiter was very good. Overall during the process they kept me well informed.
