I got an online interview with the head of marketing; it was supposed to be 30 min though in reality it was 15 min. I was asked 2 questions, then was told more about the position and what were the next steps of the process if I were to be chosen.

1) Could you guide me through your resume, and 2) Why did you apply to this role?
Only talked to the recruiter, who was very frank and straightforward about the process, but it also seemed like they picked my resume to fill some sort of quota. That being said, they were very courteous.
