I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Uber (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview. It went well. I was told I would definitely be called back to set up a F2F interview, but never got the call. You shouldn't tell a candidate that you will be contacting them and then don't. Be honest. Recruiters should give feedback as to why the candidate wasn't chosen as it would be helpful to the candidate for future interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Amsterdam) in Aug 2025
Interview
Great questions, recruiter was able to describe company culture very well and overall a very pleasant and positive experience. He could clearly define an average working day working as EA at Uber.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uber (Amsterdam) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite easy and straightforward. I felt at ease the whole time and the recruiter was very interested in what I had to say. I really liked the approach and believe that my performance was actually better during the interview as the recruiter kept asking me very tailored questions. Unfortunately, at the end I couldn’t get through as they wouldn’t sponsor my visa, but all in all, a good interview experience and a great recruiter.
