I interviewed for a position in Amsterdam.
The recruitment process was nice - I had the first screening call with the recruiter, which went through my work experience, explained me a little bit about the rule, and shared what Uber was willing to offer to the right candidate.
Then, I had the home exercises to do, which was a little bit timing consuming and I had a deadline of about 4 working days to complete it.
After 3 days, the recruiter contacted me, saying that the HM and the team would like to schedule the interviews with me - which was via Zoom, as the team is based in the US.
I had 3 interviews, which was fine, however, I had the feeling that I didn’t have enough experience in what they were mainly looking for in a candidate.
2 weeks later I got an email from the recruiter saying the HM and the team has decided to go ahead with another candidate and if I wanted a feedback from them we could schedule a call.
I had the feedback call with the recruiter - which was a nice and fair feedback.
Overall, I had a good experience in during the process. The process length was about 6 weeks.
