I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uber (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied through the website and waited a little over 3 weeks to hear back. Received an email for a phone interview. The call took about 30 minutes. The recruiter lacked passion when describing the role which was a turnoff. Her attitude was a little off putting and I felt like she was obligated to call me. I explained how passionate I was about this opportunity and even shared a personal connection relating to the job but there was little reaction.

Question 1
If you weren’t able to meet your quota for the previous quarter what would you do to make up for it.
They were nice. 2 people sat me in a room and asked me questions. Just like any other interview. My friends did get an offer while I did not. You submit a resume get an interview get a decision.
Entretien en 3 étapes (rh, manager et case). Process assez classique et case basé sur le job d’account manager avec de la data à traiter. Intéressant à réaliser et roleplay réaliste challengeant mais plaisant à faire.

Online assessment, recruiter screening, HM behavioral round, panel interview with case study. Pretty standard process
Uber has one of the best recruiting processes I've ever seen. Recruiter was very fast at following up (either EOW or next day) and I heard they even give feedback if u don't make it to the next round
