Interview
The interview process was very swift and HR were very responsive and helpful. I had 5 sets of interviews with HR, Team and Hiring Manager. The interview questions are competency based with Case studies
Screening Interview with recruiter, then followed by 1 on 1 with hiring manager. Then 3 Business interviews with case study presentation. Long process and multiple rounds are quite draining. However good communication during the process so good process overall
HR screening - take home assignment before 1 day with HM - Hiring Manager round(Behavioral + sharing of assignment - another take home case - presentation with HM, skip manager, 2 member/leader from other teams

Five to seven rounds of interviews, tests and presentations just to get a “no, thank you” at the end without much of a feedback. Acceptable for regular recruitment but not after weeks dedicated to the process.
