      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uber (Miami, FL) in Feb 2022

      Interview

The territory operations manager interviewer only asked a few questions about excel experience. There were no questions about my education, there were no STAR method questions or anything of that sort.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How well are your excel skills?
      1 Answer

      Interview

The interview process itself wasn't negative - it was challenging and required 15h+ time investment. But I found the team extremely unprofessional as after the last round they decided not to inform me about the hiring decision without me chasing them, refused to share feedback in a written form and asked for further unpaid time investment. Uber team have also reposted and actively advertised the position 2 days after my final interview without sending me an email! BTW their recruiter has scouted me and I didn't apply directly - Uber still had no respect for me and my time.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why do you want to work for Uber? Why did you apply for this position? Describe a time you had to resolve a conflict between multiple teams.

      Difficult interview

      Application

      Interview

Rigorous interview process. Consisted of four, 1 hour interviews and a case study - case study was very long and thorough. Turnaround from case study received to deadline was quite tight given the level of detail and thought required.

      Question 1

Why the role? How would you operationalise a plan?
