Quick Process, three back to back interviews over three weeks. overall good experience, although recruiter will promise a lot of stuff they won't follow through on so double check what is being put into your contract before you sign.
Bad prepared interview from Uber as a role play took place where the employees didn‘t seem to be synced. Waste of time as s a presentation was expected from the candidate.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (Orange, CA) in Jun 2022
Interview
It was very apparent that quantity (years in a role) was more valued than quality (results). It was apparent that the interviewer, whom I would have directly reported to, did not want a teammate.
