I had an initial screening with the recruiter, and he was very nice and straightforward. After, another recruiter sent me 3 at home exercises, one was to create a slide presentation based on a spreadsheet they sent me; a second one was a spreadsheet where I had to analyze the data and answer some questions; and the third one was an online questionnaire about spreadsheets, logical thinking and other stuff I can’t remember now. They took some time to contact me on the results of those tests. After that, they scheduled an online interview with 2 guys that were very nice, I really liked them. After this interview, I had another interview with another person that was again very nice and let me very comfortable. And then I had a final interview with the manager, he seemed a cool guy, I was very comfortable during the interview. He focused a lot on every single detail of my stories, asked a lot of minimal questions.
