Three rounds of interviews - spoke with the recruiter, then hiring manager, then a round in the office with 3 different team members and stakeholders. There was also a take home exercise before the office sessions. The interviews were pretty straightforward behavioral-type interviews. I enjoyed the conversations, but couldn't get a strong read what they were looking for or how I was doing. Ultimately, they said no but the reason was vague around finding a better candidate with more relevant experience.
