I applied for Territory Operations Analyst, UberEats, and was contacted by a Talent Acquisition team member within a week to schedule an interview. The interview was confirmed. However, on the interview day, the recruiter failed to call or respond to any emails. Meanwhile, Uber's career portal still indicated that my application is active. The lack of communication and unresolved status left me frustrated and disappointed as an applicant.
