Multiple phone interviews including one submitted powerpoint presentation. Phone interviews were very standard cookie cutter types of questions. Ultimately a waste of my time as they offered me an entry level position lower then the salary I told them I would be expecting. They stated they only consider people for team lead and leadership positions if they have 6 months with the company. I told them in the first interview when they asked my salary requirements that I would only consider leaving my current company for a leadership opportunity or a job at a certain pay or above. The job offer they sent was below both of my stated requirements.
