I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Uber (Paris) in Mar 2021
Interview
I did a first interview call with a Talent acquisition manager that went well. Then I went to the Paris office for a second interview and waited for 1 hour in the waiting area of the ground floor (shared between the different companies of the building). The front desk tried to help and followed up several times with the Uber team upstairs but they never came due to an "emergency" so I left and stopped the process.
