it was fast, efficient and thorough. The waiting is kept to a minimum as the HR department does an amazing job at identifying talent. That being said, it is good to be yourself and avoid using fluffy language as they see right through it.

After assessment, initial interview mostly about professional or job experience. They will also discuss compensation and benefits. Tnext is panel interview, situational and behavioral. Other candidates were a lot better than me when it comes to skills, credentials, educafion and experience. Im reallt grateful I was able to pass the screening. Only the two from our group were selected. I think it is not just about how good you are, they are very critical about work ethics and positive attitude.
