Uber Operational Consultant interview questions

applied through employee referral after few days of my application I got a mail invitation to attend the interview on 6th of sep 2016 I felt really glad about invitation with lots of hope I went to the company at Sharpe 4:30pm by the time I went there almost the hall is filled then I grab a seat and waited for few minutes,later there came Hr who gave a general description about the company and rounds we will be having and we even had a small fun session people there showed us some steps and made us dance that was both fun and refreshing. After that the first round we had an analytical test there are 20aptitude related questions and one situation solving question and the time being is 40min.after this they asked us to go grab some pizza mean time they announced the result. I got through my 1st round in surprising way, during the time of result announcement they did not announce my name I thought I am not shortlisted for the round and m about to leave one girl from recruiting team saw my name tag and asked to wait and told that I was shortlisted for the next round and sent me to the second round. Here comes my second round this is once again a mess I waited for so long that along with me only 3are left for the interview mean while people who are shortlisted for second round has attended the 3rd round too yet I was waiting for 2nd round .finally I am the last one who had 2nd round and probably waiting for the result by that time was 8:45pm I waited so long that people who cleared the remaining rounds has already left . If one is not shortlisted they told that they did not get positive feedback and asked to come after 6months but for me after waiting so long I couldn't tolerate and went back to hr for result then she checked and asked me who took my 2nd round I mentioned a name and she asked me to wait for a while I have waited ,then she comes again and told that I am done for the day and will send the mail regarding my result. I felt so unfair for a moment and the time was already 9:30pm .I am seriously clueless about my situation.
