7 stages + analytics, consist of various stakeholders, side business, various HR people, etc etc. The only bad thing is that one interview to the next one takes a few weeks. Was told that apparently everyone's busy and extremely occupied and thus a lot of arrangement in advance is required

Interview
I was approached by a recruiter for a role and the whole interview process was very quick - around 5 days. I had a phone interview first and was then invited for a face to face interview. Both were quite short and informal. I didn't feel like I necessarily had the chance to display my suitability for the role as there were no competency based questions for example. Apart from that it was quite a nice process to be a part of.
