Interview
1. Screening interview
2. Completed a time-consuming take away task that took 30h+ to complete with a week deadline.
3. In a follow up technical interview, I got next to no feedback about the task and the questions were more behavioural than technical. This didn't really allow to present my experience.
4. The final interview was about culture fit.
After all this, I was informed that I was missing one specific skill in oder to be hired. This was not tested in any way in any of the interview stages.
Overall really disappointed in the lengthy interview process and by their feedback they could have determined if I was fit for the role just from screening interview. And the rejection reason wasn't tested in any way.
