Lengthy interview process with assessments. Two assessments were done prior to the first interview. Then three more online assessments after. When going in to the in person interview they also had three more assessments. When being interviewed in person they will walk away and another person will come up to interview you again without really speaking to the previous person so it’s very jumbled

Question 1
They ask extensive job history questions going back eight years
Long and tedious with multiple rounds of interviews that encompassed many of the same type of questions. Did allow to meet with people across multiple divisions of the firm. There were tests on excel and word that seemed pointless and were confusing to work through. Overall was positive during the time actually talking with people at the company as they were responsive to your questions and concerns.

It was alright. They ask you to do 2 numbers assessments. The first one is identifying numbers in a sequence and then you do another test which about how fast you can scan 2 sets of numbers and identify if the sets of numbers are the same or different. Even tho you are potentially working in the Burnaby location, the interview is with an HR person in Alberta and it is done via Skype.
