Uline Buyer interview questions

I got an email soon after applying offering me a phone interview. Before the interview, I needed to do online assessments including a personality assessment, a writing sample, and a sales skills test. I thought the interview went well and the interviewer told me that my skills were well-suited to the job. I was told that I would potentially go in-person for a final round of interviews in a few weeks and that I would hear back either way. It's multiple weeks past then and I haven't heard anything. Overall, the process was very unprofessional. I suspect they don't actually have a position they are looking to fill and just want a list of candidates. Good if you want to practice interviewing but that's about it.
