Uline HR Generalist interview questions

After resume submittal, I received a call to come in an interview. No phone screen prior to a face to face. Prior to my interview I was sent an email requesting me to take several assessments: writing, personality, etc. I did those, submitted them. When I arrived, I was briefly greeted and sat down to take a couple additional assessment, very brief, asked to recognize number sequences, etc. Then taken to an interview room. Interviewer was nice, interview lasted maybe 25 min. She asked the typical questions. She asked my salary level at the very end, this was the first time I had been asked salary. I could tell by her expression it wasn't a fit for their opening. My suggestion to Uline is do a phone screen. Know the candidate a little better before you bring them in. Doesn't make any sense to bring someone in who is outside your salary bounds or doesn't meet your criteria, etc. Took nearly two weeks to get a response, no follow up. I had to reach out and ask the status.
