Uline Human Resources interview questions

The interview process with Uline was very organized. I came in as an intern, and I have also talked to new-grads who hired with them. For someone who had no experience in the corporate world, the interview process did a great job of exposing me to professionalism (in the best way). There were behavioral based questions, and get to know you questions. My interviewers were casual but it was definitely a test to see if I would maintain professionalism. Take notes, be prepared to know why you applied at Uline, and be genuinely interested in the job you're applying for. The interviewers have a good way of reading someone's character.
