They have you take a timed cognitive math test for pattern recognition, number sequence, quick numerical matching. I found that stressful and really threw me off my game for the sit down interview where the interviewer was nice but dismissive. Granted he had probably heard it all before or maybe he made his decision before I even walked in the door. Oh well.

A recruiter reached out to me to set up an in person interview with a different recruiter. They had me take multiple assessments online before the interview. I then took 2 tests prior to the in person interview at the office. I had an interview with a recruiter that seemed to go well. She told me I would hear back at the end of the week or early next week. More than 2 weeks later I was emailed saying they weren't moving forward with me.
