First I got shortlisted and there were Initial Assessments (behavioural), followed by a hiring manager call. They did not schedule a technical round after the hiring manager round. I guess there were 2 more rounds

A recruiter reached out to me to set up an in person interview with a different recruiter. They had me take multiple assessments online before the interview. I then took 2 tests prior to the in person interview at the office. I had an interview with a recruiter that seemed to go well. She told me I would hear back at the end of the week or early next week. More than 2 weeks later I was emailed saying they weren't moving forward with me.
