Interview
You’ll need to print out a paper application and complete it before arriving or arrive 15 minutes prior to your interview to complete one. Next you’ll take two assessments that are cognitive. My final step was speaking with a recruiter. I was told if I was selected I’d be invited back to your the facility.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Uline (Wisconsin Dells, WI) in Jul 2026
Interview
I understand there are 3 stages, for example, upon arrival you have to take a test of numerical comparisons and numerical sequences, if you pass the first test, they interview you, if you don't pass, They'll tell you. If you go in, they'll interview you, and if you pass the interview, they'll give you a tour of the facilities. If you've reached that point, where you already know the warehouse, great!
I was allowed a virtual interview accommodation due to being in the process of relocating and trying to secure employment before moving forward. Interview went well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter by the end of the week but once the end of the week came I received an automated email stating the company was moving forward.
