I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Uline in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview was simple and was basic SWAT analysis questions. Asked about my major, classes, and extracurriculars. Also asked where I live and where I would be located if I had the internship.
First I filled out an online application with resume, cover letter, and general questions. Then I was sent a test on Microsoft excel. I was invited to a virtual interview. I was disappointed that the interviewer seemed to be laughing at something off screen (perhaps texting?)
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Madison, WI) in Oct 2023
Interview
The first round was a conversation with a recruiter, it was very laid-back and friendly. The second round interview was on campus and included a tour of their Racine headquarters.
