Applied online, received a call to set up for an in person interview. Had to take online assessments before hand. (set aside a few hours for this). 1 hour before in person interview, got a call to just have a phone interview. Kind of a pain since i took a half day at work so i could drive there and meet in person. Interviewer was nice.

Why Uline? What is your greatest accomplishment? Strengths and weaknesses? Projects. A lot of questions about customer service, even though job was in the finance department.

Video Interview with manager. He discussed the history of ULINE and the job duties required for the job position. Then he inquired about my professional experiences and education level.
