Applied online, received a phone call to setup a in-person interview and got emailed about 4 assessments. Went to the interview about a week after the initial call. Took two timed tests which were very easy. Then sat down with the hr recruiter. Interview was very basic and easy. No difficult questions at all. Asked to go through your resume and exactly what you did in your past jobs. What do you know about the company? Why do you wan to work for this company? How does this align with your career goals? Do you have any questions? She then said I would be contacted within a week with an answer on the next steps. I received an email saying thank you but blah blah blah we are pursuing other candidates. Interview went really well and I had everything they were looking for and my experience and education lined up for what they were looking for. Therefore, I was really surprised with the outcome. Reading the different reviews on this website I had a feeling this was going to happen. Seems like they interview a ton of people and hand pick a select few.
