I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Uline (Allentown, PA) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied online and they contacted me through the phone about an interview. I had to take four different "tests", two of them personality tests. The interview was on the phone. It was extremely short (15 minutes) and very easy. I was asked very basic questions and not very many questions. I asked more questions than the interviewer asked me. The person I had interviewed with had no real decision on whether I was going to be hired. He just said he would pass the information along to the appropriate people and they would decide by the end of the week. They certainly care more about the tests you can, specifically the personality tests. If your personality isn't what they're looking for it is very doubtful you'll get the job. In the end a person who has no idea who you are; someone you never talked to, decides if you get the position or not. Lastly, overall I was not impressed by the interview process and the answers I received from the questions I asked during the interview were very vague and didn't really answer the question.

Interview
You must do 4 online assesments prior to your interview. This is followed by numbers assessments, a group interview, and then individual interviews. All of these interviews are pretty standard fare. The numbers assessments aren't hard. The pre-interview assessments cover a variety of topics.
Two short numerical quizzes, 4 minutes each, followed by one on one interview with a member of HR. Good process to discover if candidates have potential to work within the warehouse.
