Interview
Spoke with someone over the phone as a first round interview and then zoom for a second round interview. The interview consisted of the basic interview questions. The next round interview required me to go into office and meet with multiple people, however I was unable to do this since I am at school in a different state.
Microsoft teams 30 min- hr, with team member they start chill and act as a friend but then pull a 180 and become your boss. Overall wasn't crazy good or bad would say average, they did as some questions I wasn't prepared for but thats on me.

4 assessments then call with recruiter got scheduled for in person interview made me do 2 more assessments and then another person came quick interview all white people they are rasict and don’t want any colored person working I was qualified and had many years of experience . Don’t apply you gonna end up wasting your time
I walked up to a booth and introduced myself and gave my elevator pitch. After answering some of their question I gave them my resume and continued to engage in conversation with the recruiter.
