Horrible! I was contacted by HR to come in for a scheduled interview and after my hour drive, once I arrived it was a hiring event with 100s of people mainly warehouse associates. I had to wait in a chair along with 100 people to go to next stage where it was a couple times elementary knowledge assessments while the whole time I was wondering why I didn’t interview at my specified time with the department hiring associate. After these assessments we all waited again for another 15 minutes or so to have a one on one talk which I would call a screening process. The person I talked to for a title of a rushed 5 minutes told me they started off as a warehouse associate and are now a trainer and knew nothing about my 10 years of experience in supply chain and also didn’t even go over my resume and then rushed me away after the 5 minutes saying he had to get to all the other applicants. That was it I walked out shaking my head to my car and left to never hear back from anyone. Oh and they announced right away at beginning of everything about their hair follicle drug testing policy on a speakerphone which I thought was odd as well
