Interview
They said in my last interview that the job was mine and the last conversation was just a formality. Then HR called the following day and said they were going to pass because I had asked about territory movement and changes. Completely unprofessional

I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Dallas, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Started by completing 4 online assessments asking general personality questions and sales related questions all of which took over an hour to complete. When I arrived to the facility, I was asked to fill out a paper application which apparently I was supposed to complete before and bring with me, despite the fact that I had completed an online application. I was then put in a room and asked to do two additional assessments that seemed to be testing my counting/math skills and whether I could read numbers accurately. I was then moved to a second very small room where I was interviewed by someone in HR. It did feel like this is a revolving door of interviews as there were at least 4 other candidates cycling through the process at the same time. Overall, it felt like a big time investment with the multiple assessments and paperwork and then only briefly meeting with someone in HR (not the direct hiring manager).

Interview
3 tests: 1 writing test where you need to summarize a paragraph in point form. Another test with 200 questions in 4 minutes where you need to check off whether 2 random numbers match or not. The 3rd test has 30 questions in 4 minutes where you need to determine the next 2 numbers in a patterned sequence of numbers.
This testing is followed by a 1 on 1 interview with the HR manager. After this, they inform you whether you qualify or not for a 2nd interview with sales management.
