Interview
It was quick and easy. An interview appointment was sent to me almost immediately after applying. You're given a two part test and then the interview. The staff was friendly and informative.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Ontario, CA)
Interview
I interviewed for a management-in-training position. I was not told during the interview that I would be attending a job fair. The test they have you take is relatively easy, but seem pointless.

Question 1
Why Uline? What experience do you have specific to the position?
It was the weirdest interview process ever, felt very cult like. Started as a group thing and then went to a giant room one on one with someone. They seemed like the kind of company to truly think of people as numbers instead of human beings.
Brought into a room to do tests then if they like you you’ll do another interview with a few more tests. Very nice and pleasent though. Facilities are nice and welcoming and the staff was very friendly
