I applied online. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Bolingbrook, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
One interview with three people. Very long day and had to say my whole "speech" three times. ONe person was new so it gave me a very good insight as to a new employee's view. Turned me off though when they mentioned I would be doing things that weren't in the job description. Lots of overtime too.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Bolingbrook, IL) in Aug 2016
Interview
Easy laid back interview. Unfortunately I found out at the interview they wanted knowledge of SharePoint which I didn't have and wasn't in the job description or the phone interview.. Also they wanted me to write a newsletter which also wasn't in the job description or mentioned in the phone interview. Great growing company but stressful to work for I believe.
