There was an in person interview with the store manager from Ulta. it was a new store that had not yet been opened, so we met at whole foods. it was quite casual actually. it went smoothly and i felt confident. i waited 3 days to hear back from to to then come in for a hands on interview in the salon at a different Ulta location that was already opened. The hands on was to perform an eyebrow wax and bring my own model to do it on. The salon manager watched me and scored me on sanitation, personality and if i incorporated any sales into it, and efficiency. and NO DOUBLE DIPPING or you will fail the test. Then I was called 2 days later and asked to set up a phone interview with Benefit's district manager, whose position has already been switched over to another person. We had the phone interview 2 days later. I was then called and offered the job.
