I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Silverdale, WA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The Interview process is quick. Took me less than 15 minutes. Common questions like why do you want to work here and tell me about yourself. Pretty generic. The interviewer is nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. They were approachable. I had a great feeling afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Peoria, AZ) in May 2018
Interview
Very unprofessional, I walked in and asked for the manager saying I had an interview and then proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come get me. Once they did I was told a different manager would be interviewing me. We walked back and I learned it was going to be his first interview and the manager who was supposed to interview me was sitting in the office with another employee laughing and talking about her ex boyfriend. The questions he asked were okay, very basic.
