I was contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter and then passed on to a phone interview, and an in person interview with a upcoming DM for the ST Louis market. Interviews went well and was passed on to a DM from another market. Interview went well. Got passed onto the newly promoted DM and received phone call from the recruiter that they were going with an alternate candidate. Took approx. 5 hours of phone interviews plus one hour of in person interview to be rejected.

Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
