-Tell me about yourself.
-Tell me about a good AND bad situation you had with an unhappy customer and how you handled it.

The good and bad situation with an unhappy customer because you have to think of two situations and give them both answers.

awesome great I loved it, it was a group interview, so I got to meet different typeof people. it was nice, manager was beyond kind to everyone, it just seemed like friends remising snf having a great time
Very easy compared to other interviews. Pleasant experience. Manager was very friendly easy to talk too. The questions were not difficult and basic for the most part. Very fast and no more than 15 minutes
