Took about 2 months to get an email interview appointment. Interview was a month out. Met with GM and area manager recruiter. Didn't hear anything for another month. Phone interview with district manager. Didn't hear anything for another couple weeks.
the interview was quick and very to the point. They asked questions about customer service and retail experience. They asked how i would react or respond in certain situations. They asked about scheduling and preferences. They asked about my experience in fast paced environments.

Interview
The process was extremely quick! I was recommended by another manager at this location. My first interview was with the GM by phone and I did my second interview with another GM by phone. Then I interviewed with the DM via Teams App. She stated I would hear something within 48 hours. The next day I got the call saying I was offered the position.
