Interview
Received a text last Thursday saying they were interested in connecting that evening or Friday morning about the GM position. I replied that that evening would be great. Didn’t receive a text back about a certain time. I waited by my phone all day. 7pm rolls around so I text asking if we were still on for that evening or if they needed to reschedule for tomorrow morning. They said tomorrow would be good and thank you, no apology. I replied that I was available at 10am. They responded that they could do it at either 8am or 2pm. I said 2pm would be perfect. No response back. So the next day 2oclock comes and I’m waiting by my phone, no call. At 2:10 I call them. Rings a little then goes to voicemail. I leave a message that I was calling since we had a 2pm scheduled time and and if they could call me back when they can. I get no call. I text around 3pm stating I was extremely interested in interviewing for that position and if we could schedule a new time if they were still interested in connecting. I have received no response since. Extremely unprofessional. I understand things come up, but to tell me they’re interested in connecting about the position to be blown off twice was really disheartening.

Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
The Interview with district manager and then one other dm , one was in person and rte other virtually over the phone on teams. Each interview was about an hour
