The interviewer called to schedule an interview from the generated site application. She gave a few times to select to meet after pre-screening on the phone. The interviewer asked the questions in a more creative way than the typical questions on the Ulta career site, which threw me off a bit, and I had to rethink my answers. She asked about the shade of gloss I had on, and unfortunately, it wasn't one from Ulta, but rather a generic brand from a beauty supply shop. The process varied from that on the Ulta career portal, but was interesting.
