You can only apply online on their company website under careers. They will call you within two weeks (if they don’t, call them to ask if they received it.) They will ask you to come in for an interview. The most important thing to get this job is to be friendly, personable, energetic/enthusiastic. You do not need much knowledge applying or about makeup, they’re just looking for someone that can give great customer service and get along with the rest of the team!

Question 1
Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult problem or customer and what you did to resolve the issue.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
