Question 1
What questions would you ask someone during a consultation
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2020
Interview
Sat with services manager to discuss my experience and expected growth with the company. It was honestly very unprofessional and simple process. They seem desperate to hire just about anyone- regardless of experience or sense of business. Interview was breezed through and I was hired on the spot.

Question 1
How would you deal with an unhappy customer to make their experience more pleasant?
The interview process was pretty smooth for the most part. I applied on the careers site. A few days later I heard from the GM of the store about coming in for an interview. I interviewed the GM and was invited to interview the brand I would be working with, if hired. I waited about a week and then was scheduled a brand interview. I interviewed with the brand, and was told I would be told the outcome either way. I was given an offer about a week later. The process took about 3 to 4 weeks, overall.
