My interview was in a group with 4-5 other people. They really just want to hear you say the guest comes first and that you’re going to try and upsell customers. They may ask scenarios like “what would you do if the phone is ringing, you’re on register, and you have a guest in front of you.” Again, customer comes first always unfortunately.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
