simple just answer all of the questions and be enthusiastic, fortunately for me it was over the phone so it was a lot easier to answer the questions given luckily the GM was super nice and it was a new store so they really needed people to set the store up. You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
