Interview
Came in to store asked for manager then went in their back office and had the one on one interview. Manager gave background of the company and why its a great place to work for. Manager proceeded to explain the duties of the position I was interviewing for. Then she asked me about myself and my goals. Then proceeded to ask questions relevant to the position and past experiences. After she told me she would get back to me within the end of the week.

Explain a time you had to deal with an upset customer, how did you handle the situation?
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
