Interviewer was polite and friendly. She explained all the company policies thoroughly. I was shown lockers for keeping personal items in the backroom and where everything is kept for clients out front.

I was asked if I was licensed and if I had any prior experience working in customer service.
The regional manager was ghosting me when I made several attempts inquiring about the position as hairstylist. I interviewed in February of 2020 and was accepted the position. Sadly Covid came.
I applied/inquired two times after Covid and the manager never called me back. When I finally got her on the phone she was very abrupt, dismissive, and said she is not hiring. That was not true, they are hiring.

Did an in person interview at the store I was going to work at and then did a technical interview in another store close by that had someone trained to do my technical interview
General manager was super sweet, I think every location is different, My location was a new one so everything went by quickly. You need to do a practical interview as well.
