I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty in Jun 2015
Interview
It was pretty chill. I was pretty nervous, but you shouldn't be. It is pretty easy if you know about makeup/skincare. Know quality product names. Know what you would recommend to customers. Be yourself. Be very interesting and cheerful. Know about the company and the products they carry. Know the deals, and discounts. Come prepared, dress in an outfit you would wear to work. All black. Be confident and be how you would be at work. Professional and people friendly.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
