Interview
The interview process went fairly smoothly. I applied online and was contacted by the GM for a face-to-face interview. She was friendly and explained what she was looking for and the basic responsibilities of the position. She told me she would pass on my details to her newly hired DM, and we would most likely do a phone interview. The DM was not as quick with getting back to me, but the interview was standard. I then had a second phone interview with a different DM. I was called by the GM with an offer.
I first interviewed with the District Manager then the Store Manager. Once I was offered a position, I completed a drug test and background check. The process took about 1 week.

Interview
Received a phone call from the Area Manager to set up face to face interview the next day. Interview was about 45 minutes discussing my background ("tell me about yourself"). Casual, friendly/warm and relaxing interview, but still professional. Clear direction of the interview details, as well as follow up and when I'd hear for the next step in interview process (2nd interview), and when they'd make a decision.

Easy, 3 interview process. Basic management interview questions. All about customer service and associate deleopment. Marketing knowledge is great as well. It's a very fast paced environment and knowledge of the products will help you too.
